APT’s September 11th specials receive outstanding ratings and reviews

Two of APT’s September 11th specials, 9/11: A Tale of Two Towers and 9/11: Clear the Skies, received excellent ratings in the beginning of September. According to PubTV’s context newsletter, the two specials, each with a national average of 3.3, were the highest-rated programs on public television that week. In particular, 9/11: A Tale of Two Towers received a 6.1/9 on WCET at 9 p.m. The prime-time average for this time was 3.0/5. In addition, 9/11: Clear the Skies received a 5.4/8 on WNET and a 4.2/6 on WFYI at 9 p.m. These two shows also were highlighted in the September 12 edition of Inside Programming.
