JFK: Breaking the News was the second highest-rated program on public television the week of November 17-23
During the week of November 17-23, the documentary had the fifth highest airing on a public television station with a 6.3 rating and an 8 share on KOPB/Portland. JFK: Breaking the News aired in 36 primary stations on November 19, and “built audience over its one-hour length and averaged 2.7, the week’s second highest primetime rating,” according to PubTV.
Additionally, Navy Seals: The Silent Options and M*A*S*H performed well in primetime. Navy Seals: The Silent Option aired in eight markets during primetime the week of November 3-9, and averaged a 2.8 rating and a 4 share on primary stations (the second highest primetime average of the week). During the same week, M*A*S*H aired in seven primary stations in primetime and averaged a 2.5 rating and a 4 share (the third highest primetime average of the week).
