Description
Could you forgive a person who murdered your family? The subjects of AS WE FORGIVE face this very question and others without easy answers. Through in-depth interviews, the documentary follows two Rwandan women on a journey to make peace with the neighbors who slaughtered their families during the 1994 genocide. The film, narrated by actor and activist Mia Farrow, provides an intimate, first-hand view of the encounters between genocide perpetrators and their victims’ families as they navigate the road to reconciliation.
