RIGHT TO RISK accompanies eight individuals with disabilities and their guides as they face the daunting challenges of rafting down 225 miles of the Colorado River and wilderness of Grand Canyon. During their life-affirming journey, the men and women, all of whom live with disabilities including blindness, cerebral palsy, paraplegia, quadriplegia, spina bifida and multiple sclerosis, discuss overcoming prejudice and negative attitudes to maintain their dignity and assert themselves.
