Description
KID FITNESS is a fun, entertaining and educational series designed to encourage kids to think abut exercise and healthy eating habits at an early age. The upbeat series, geared to children ages three to eight, motivates young viewers to exercise along with host Kid Fitness and his friends. KID FITNESS promotes a healthy lifestyle and educational themes for young children through song, dance, games and fun. The highly interactive series features activities introduced by Kid Fitness and his animal friends, accompanied by delightful animation, costumes and original music. Children enjoy fun-filled exercises while imitating the unique movements of zebras, elephants, gorillas, bunnies, kangaroos, alligators, snakes, ducks and other animals.
