International singer, songwriter and peace advocate Liel Kolet performs with a star-studded roster which includes Dave Koz, Elliot Yamin and President Bill Clinton in the public television concert special, LIEL: SONGS OF PEACE. Liel duets with 2006 American Idol finalist Elliot Yamin on the Diane Warren-penned song, "I Wish That..." and joins Grammy®-nominated jazz saxophonist Dave Koz for a cover of the Louis Armstrong classic, "What a Wonderful World." Then, she invites President Clinton on stage for an impromptu sing-along of John Lennon's "Imagine." Other songs include “Jerusalem of Gold,” “Adagio,” “Hallelujah,” “I Believe” and “We Are the World”. Born and raised on a Kibbutz in northern Israel, Liel explains how she integrates Israel's mix of cultures and flavors into her music, which blends Middle Eastern and Western instruments.
