Description
Stephen Fry (Jeeves and Wooster)is back as Peter Kingdom, a small-town solicitor who always stands up for the little guy in the third series of KINGDOM, the acclaimed comedic drama series set in the heart of the picturesque Norfolk countryside. Hermione Norris stars as Peter's troubled and lustful younger sister Beatrice. Celia Imrie plays Gloria Millington, the faithful receptionist and confidante, Phyllida Law portrays Peter's dotty Aunt Ariel, Karl Davies is sharp trainee lawyer Lyle Anderson, and Tony Slattery is the cantankerous villager Mr. Snell, who is constantly seeking litigation against
the town. Life is never dull for the compassionate solicitor as he seeks to resolve the legal issues the eccentric locals bring his way. In this new series he deals with the problems of crop circles, tries to help a war victim's bid for compensation and encounters animal liberationists at work.
