SEASON 1

Episode #101 – “The German Woman”
At a time when German nationals are being interned in British camps, the beautiful Austrian wife of a local magistrate is resented by locals. When she is found murdered, a swastika painted on a nearby tree, Foyle realizes the seemingly peaceful Sussex town harbors any number of suspects.

Episode #102 - “The White Feather“
The arrest of a young girl on a sabotage charge brings Foyle into contact with a group of English Nazi sympathizers. Shots are fired at the group's charismatic leader, but it is the hotel owner who dies. Foyle investigates the murder and uncovers a plot to smuggle a vitally important letter to the enemy.

Episode #103 - “A Lesson in Murder”
A conscientious objector dies in police custody, setting in motion a series of suspicious deaths and a complicated puzzle for Foyle. When Foyle has pieced together the truth, the entry of Italy into the war engulfs a close friend in tragedy.

Episode #104 - “Eagle Day”
In the course of investigating a murder, Foyle uncovers a plot to steal art treasures being moved from the local museum to Wales for safekeeping. Meanwhile, Foyle's son flies his first mission as a Royal Air Force pilot and is accused of passing top secret information to the enemy.
SEASON 2

Episode #201 – “Fifty Ships”
Sam's boarding house is bombed and valuables disappear, alerting Foyle to an organized ring of looters. After the father of one of the suspected looters is found dead on the beach, Foyle and Milner's investigation leads them into conflict with British efforts to secure the donation of American Aid and the crucial start of Lend-Lease in the war.

Episode #202 – “Among the Few”
At the London headquarters of a multinational company, a young secretary plummets to her death. In Hastings, a member of the Home Guard is killed. Foyle and Milner discover how these deaths are linked and how money talks a universal language, even in wartime.

Episode #203 – “War Games”
When a British food corporation signs a secret agreement with the Nazis to provide essential food services to the enemy during wartime, murders result.

Episode #204 – “The Funk Hole”
Foyle's investigation of the death of a young black marketeer and stolen food is interrupted by his suspension on charges of sedition.


SEASON 3

Episode #301 – “The French Drop”
February 1941: A local murder investigation sidetracks Foyle's endeavor to pursue a position that would contribute more to the war effort as he finds himself caught between rival spy organizations.

Episode #302 – “Enemy of Fire”
February 1941: When a manor house is commandeered as a special burn unit for treating injured RAF pilots, Foyle is called in to investigate a series of accidents.

Episode #303 – “They Fought in the Fields”
April 1941: Foyle questions three Land Army girls about a murder that occurs on a Hastings farm.

Episode #304 – “A War of Nerves”
June 1941: A.C. Rose orders Foyle to delegate his investigation of black marketing ring and personally look into the possibly seditious acts of a Socialist activist.
SEASON 4

Episode #401 – “Invasion”
As the first American GIs arrive to build an airbase near Hastings, the murder of a barmaid further strains already-tense relations between the locals and the Yanks.

Episode #402 – “Bad Blood”
A top-secret experiment in biological warfare goes horribly wrong, complicating a murder investigation and threatening the life of Foyle's faithful driver, Sam.
SEASON 5

Episode #501 – “Bleak Midwinter”
The death of a woman in a munitions factory becomes linked with the murder of Milner's estranged wife as he falls under suspicion and Foyle strives to clear his name. Guest stars include John Nettleton (Yes, Minister)

Episode #502 – “Casualties of War”
Foyle has his hands full dealing with illegal gambling, sabotage, and his needy goddaughter who shows up on his doorstep with her traumatized son. Guest stars include Kevin Doyle (Mr. Molesley in Downton Abbey)
