GREAT AMERICAN SEAFOOD COOK-OFF VII, THE


Eighteen chefs from around the country competed for the title of America’s best seafood chef at the 11th annual Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans. The dishes prepared by the chefs had to feature fish and seafood that are indigenous to their home state. Florida chef Terry White took home this year’s title. Chef Larry Delgado of Texas finished second and Louisiana Chef Aaron Burgau took third place.
