AMERICA'S HEARTLAND returns with a new season featuring ten all-new half-hour
episodes. Season 17 focuses on the vast array of "specialty crops" ranging
from almonds to artichokes, mandarins to garlic, and so much more. AMERICA'S
HEARTLAND Season 17 also features more than a dozen new cooking segments, with
celebrity chef Sharon Vaknin returning to share her tasty and unique recipes.
The series also informs viewers on how American farmers are finding new ways to
grow their products more sustainably, and how new-age businesses are
revitalizing rural communities.
