GARDENFIT brings gardening and fitness together to help everyday gardeners learn how to take care of their bodies while also taking care of their gardens. Each episode spotlights a different guest gardener who shares distinctive gardening insights and tips during tours of their gardens with host Madeline Hooper and fitness trainer Adam Schersten. Season two features artists who are well-known in other fields but are also passionate gardeners. Guests include painters, sculptors, musicians, and culinary pioneers, along with floral, interior, and jewelry designers whose art has been inspired by nature and whose gardens reflect their artistic visions.
