delicious dishes from the fjord valley of Hardanger, enjoys drinks from Bergen,
and samples fresh seafood from just outside Trondheim. He also travels to
northern Norway, where the king crab and lean venison meat are important
commodities. Each episode presents both traditional foods and delicacies in
