PATI'S MEXICAN TABLE Season 9
(10/30)

How To\Cooking  TV-G

PATI'S MEXICAN TABLE is a food-driven series starring James Beard Award-winning chef, author and mom to three boys, Pati Jinich. Part travelogue, part cooking show, each episode follows Pati as she explores the food, culture and history of Mexico and brings those experiences back to her kitchen where she creates simple, mouth-watering recipes for every home cook to enjoy. In season nine of this Emmy-award winning series, Pati explores the Sonoran region of Mexico and its culinary traditions. In this Northwest region of the country, Pati learns the basics of bread-making using Sonoran wheat and takes a food crawl in Sonora's capital of Hermosillo, a hot food destination. The Sea of Cortez provides Sonora with a wealth of seafood, and Pati takes full advantage of the freshest sea scallops and enjoys shellfish on the beach. From the mountains to the shore, Pati shares crave-worthy recipes from across this diverse region for an authentic taste of Sonora.
