Host and New Jersey native Buki Elegbede takes viewers on the ultimate food tour around his home state, visiting local restaurants and home kitchens to try new cuisines. Along the way, he meets the diverse people who are preparing these dishes and hears the fascinating stories behind some of the region’s favorite foods, recipes, and traditions.
