Each half-hour episode offers both in-studio cooking segments and field trips
to hunting camps and outdoor locations throughout Louisiana, a state known as a
sportsman's paradise. Throughout, Chef Folse emphasizes the conservation
efforts in place to protect the animals and their wild habitats.
