COMMON GROUND WITH JANE WHITNEY Season 5

America has always been a nation that defines itself as more than the sum of its parts, nothing less than an idea that weaves competing priorities into a multi-ethnic tapestry stretching from coast to coast. In the wake of a polarizing election in which both sides rejected the other's legitimacy, COMMON GROUND WITH JANE WHITNEY Season 5 focuses on the forces dividing us and the pathways that might bring us back together. The series is split into two interlocking modules. The first four episodes, grouped under the title "Unity," focus on embracing our differences, while the second four, titled "The Future Is Now," explore the forces molding our tomorrows.
